HQ Law is delighted to announce the new service offering of Commercial Law, spear-headed by new recruit, Cameron Spink.
Cameron, a highly experienced solicitor, works with small to medium business owners, shareholders, joint venture partners, trust entities, landlords and tenants, builders and developers, corporations, and franchisors and franchisees across a spectrum of practice areas, including conveyancing, leasing and commercial law.
Cameron has gained a reputation amongst colleagues and his clients as an adept problem-solver who welcomes the processes and challenges of both common and novel problems in all facets of business and property law.
In Family Law, we congratulate Annabelle Barnett, who officially joined our Family Law team on 4 November as a solicitor, having previously acted as a legal assistant to Annette Brewer.
Annabelle joins us equipped with the skills and philosophy to apply integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability in family law cases. Under the guidance of Annette, Annabelle seeks to obtain outcomes that protect her client’s well-being holistically, particularly regarding settlements and arrangements for children.
