Annette has been admitted to practice as a solicitor for the last 27 years. She has been an accredited specialist in family law since 2001.

David has been a practising Solicitor for over 5 years and employed at HQ Law since graduating university in 2015.

Reducing the stigma that surrounds conversations relating to death or incapacity is a key priority for David. It is not uncommon for clients to disclose that they were extremely apprehensive about discussing their Wills or Powers of Attorney which is why David ensures that he establishes a relationship of trust and respect with each client from the outset.
Estate planning is not a “one size fits all” approach so David ensures that client’s feel informed and empowered to take control of their affairs and participate in the process, rather than signing documents that they may not understand.
